It is hard to disagree with the view of the author and consultant Robert Rosen that this is ?a very interesting time? for leaders, whether they are in business, politics or religion. As Rosen sees it, there are two big problems. The first is that the world is changing faster than leaders can reinvent themselves, leading to a growing gap between them and those they lead. The second is that the leadership model ? based around an obsession with short-term results ? is broken.
